Headlight Size Guide (Read Before Ordering)

Selecting the correct size is critical for proper fit.

7” Headlights – Common for TJ and JK models.
8” Headlights – Typical for JL and Gladiator models.
9” Headlights – Some special edition trims may require this size.

Important:
Vehicles with factory-color headlight inserts, which usually use an 8” decal, require a 7” decal due to the reduced visible surface area.

We strongly recommend measuring your headlights before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Installation Notes

Grill removal is not required.
Because most headlights have curved surfaces, a perfectly flat installation is complex.
For best results, we recommend making small relief slits at the 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 positions.
Professional installation is strongly recommended to avoid wrinkles, stretching, or damage.
